同年、株式会社ウェッジホールディングス傘下、株式会社スピニング代表取締役に就任、同時期にアジア女性最年少上場企業役員に就任。

"Yumiko Tochigi, CEO, Co-Founder
The consummate innovator and visionary, Ms. Tochigi started her career in the music business working with some of the top music labels, recording studios and promotion companies in Japan.
By 2003, she was CEO of her own company Trident Style. In 2005, Ms. Tochigi sold Trident Style to another group in one of the most famous mergers and acquisitions in Asia: the youngest CEO to sell her company to a listed Company in Asia at that time.
Ms. Tochigi focused on Global Entertainment and became their Vice President simultaneously creating a full on Fitness Business between the Unites States and Japan obtaining exclusive Asia licensing rights for the Hoopnotica Brand and other Fitness brands.
By 2008, Ms Tochigi was the Chairperson of Clipper Inc, The CEO of Spinning, a leading recording label in Japan, a Director of the listed Company, Wedge Holdings, once again becoming the youngest Director in a listed company in Asia and CEO of Global Talent: a Publicist specialist firm handling such important celebrities such as: Jennifer Lopez, K-Swiss, Nike, Hoopnotica, Xlarge and others.
Ms. Tochigi attended DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, enjoys music, outdoor activities and travel.
